1. Ticket Purchases
1.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
1.3. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review all event details, including date, time, venue, ticket type, and pricing, before completing the purchase.
1.4. A booking fee may apply to each ticket purchased. Where applicable, this fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
1.5. Booking fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, postponement, or non-attendance, unless otherwise required by law.
1.6. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel tickets where fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
2. Ticket Delivery & Collection
2.1. Tickets may be delivered electronically, collected at the Box Office, or posted where available.
2.2. Where postal delivery is selected, additional postage and handling fees may apply.
2.3. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at the time of purchase.
2.4. The organiser is not responsible for tickets that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the purchaser.
3. Admission & Entry
3.1. A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
3.2. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or likely to negatively affect the experience of other attendees.
3.3. Re-entry may be restricted and is subject to the venue’s policies.
3.4. Attendees must comply with all venue rules, safety requirements, and instructions from event staff.
4. Age Restrictions
4.1. Age restrictions, if applicable, will be specified on the event page.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4.3. The organiser reserves the right to request proof of age where necessary.
5. Seating Arrangements
5.1. Seating arrangements vary by event and ticket type.
5.2. For allocated seating events, attendees must occupy the seat assigned to their ticket unless otherwise instructed by event staff.
5.3. For general admission or free seating events, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
5.4. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to seating arrangements where operationally necessary.
5.5. Attendees requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the organiser prior to the event.
6. Food, Drinks & Prohibited Items
6.1. Unless expressly permitted by the venue or organiser, outside food and drinks are not allowed.
6.2. The following items are prohibited:
- Alcoholic beverages not purchased from authorised venue outlets
- Weapons, firearms, knives, sharp objects, or dangerous items
- Illegal substances
- Large bags, backpacks, or oversized luggage where restricted by the venue
- Any item that may pose a safety risk or disrupt the event experience
6.3. Security checks may be conducted upon entry. Prohibited items may be confiscated or refused entry.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
7.1. Event schedules, performers, speakers, programmes, venues, and timings are subject to change without prior notice.
7.2. The organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.3. In the event of cancellation, any refund policy will be communicated in accordance with applicable laws and the organiser’s discretion.
8. Photography & Recording
8.1. By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured by the organiser or authorised representatives.
8.2. Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes without compensation to attendees.
9. Liability
9.1. Attendees enter the venue and attend the event at their own risk.
9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or expense suffered by attendees except where caused by the organiser’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9.3. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.
10. Accessibility
10.1. The organiser is committed to making events accessible where reasonably possible.
10.2. Attendees requiring special assistance or accessibility accommodations should contact the organiser before the event date.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on the ticket store website.
